The Art Cup Project was born out of our ongoing commitment to supporting activities in our community. We put the initial call out to the Perth local art community post Covid and invited artists to submit their chosen art pieces.
We have now gone to print and distributed 5rounds of our art cups and we encourage you to engage with the art on your cup.
There were multiple mediums submitted, including
Together with BioPak and our graphic design team, we have successfully printed these artworks onto circular cups of varying sizes and distributed them to our cafe partners and their community throughout Western Australia.

Entries are always open, and we are always on the lookout for amazing artwork to share with the greater community.

No. Unless otherwise stated, entries are always open.
Yes. You can submit as many artworks as you’d like.
There are no set numbers on our selection. We will select the number of art pieces we need based on supply to our cafe partners. Whilst we’d like to re-produce ALL submissions, resources are limited. Submissions are kept on file and considered for further rounds.
We engage a team of third party artists to select the pieces. They consider how the art medium, the colours and the design will re-produce on coffee cups of the following size; 8oz, 12z and 16oz cups.
You will receive an email letting you know we have received your submission – this is automated. Our team will be in touch within 60 days to let you know when the selection process is due to proceed.
This is a community project which is independently funded by Leaf Bean Machine. We cover all selection, reproduction and distribution costs. There is no direct financial exchange between Leaf Bean Machine and the artist, however, there may be indirect financial reward from the public sharing and crediting of the artist’s work.
