Ben Reynolds is a content producer based in Western Australia with 20 years of experience in storytelling through videography and photography. His go-to coffee is a small, long macchiato half-topped with half a sugar—it’s got to be strong. Sometimes an iced latte suits hot days, and when feeling indulgent, an affogato.

His art cup features a photograph from years of documenting Cottesloe, particularly the car culture between Cottesloe and Fremantle, through his project “A Portrait of Cars” (@aportraitofcars on Instagram). Whilst he loves photographing car culture, occasionally when it’s too picturesque to ignore, he turns the camera towards the beach instead.

This tranquil image will be featured in his upcoming book “A Portrait of Cars—Road Warriors of Fremantle.” Ben chose this photograph for its simple design and relaxing feel, believing coffee drinkers would appreciate tranquillity on their cups.

He loves seeing art in print beyond computer screens, finding the Art Cup project a brilliant way to enjoy amazing art casually whilst printing photography onto objects other than wall frames.
