So, you’re ready to learn latte art? Great! We know you can make a consistent coffee because you’ve completed our back to basics barista training. Now it’s time to add to your skills and learn how to present the perfect coffee. At LBM we know that when you’re served a coffee at the perfect temperature with a tulip on top, it just tastes better. Come and spend 2 hours in our custom-built, beautifully eclectic training space, at our in our Bibra Lake roastery. Learn from our trainer, a professional barista with over 15 years of industry experience.

You’ll learn why the Rosetta is no longer just reserved for your Instagram feed, and why Latte art is just as important to your sensory experience as the taste and texture of your cup. Learn the science behind the why, and why do we focus on pouring the milk down and raising the Crema up. You’ll learn to focus on the “whole” technique so that you can pour consistently every time!

We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early for your latte art course sign in and grab yourself a coffee before we get started. In line with State Government guidelines, we have resumed our class numbers to 10 people per class (excluding your trainer).
