Leaf Bean Machine know that when you order a product from our website you are very keen and excited to get it so we aim to dispatch it on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm may be dispatched the next day, especially if received on Friday through to Sunday in which case they will be dispatched on Monday.
Leaf Bean Machine love the Karvan Coffee that we roast and therefore we want you, our customer, to enjoy it at its freshest. We would rather encourage you to order less and keep it fresh instead of stock piling for a rainy day. Our freight cost is the same whether you order 250g or 1kg and if you like to order tea and coffee and spend over $50 then your freight will be free. For orders under $50 wherever you are in Australia freight will incur a flat rate of $10. Fantastic don’t you think?
Delivery is via e-parcel (Australia Post), Parcel Express or Toll. Within the Perth metro area the estimated delivery time is 3 working days. For all other Australian states orders may take 5 – 7 days. All services include tracking advice and if you haven’t received your order then please contact sales@leafbeanmachine.com.au and we will be able to check on it for you.
Returns
We hope that you enjoy our products and if for some reason you find that the quality of our products or the service from our company is not what you were expecting then we would be happy to provide you with an alternative product or your money back. We feel so confident with the standard of our goods and services that we are extremely happy and comfortable with providing you with a satisfaction guarantee.
All products and services are subject to availability and while every endeavour is made to supply these Leaf Bean Machine make no guarantees. Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of gst, where necessary. Any order requiring a refund will be at the discretion of Leaf Bean Machine and will be issued in Australian dollars at the amount of the initial order.
