At Leaf Bean Machine, we prioritise rapid delivery so you can savour our freshly roasted coffee at peak flavour.

For the best Karvan Coffee experience, we recommend ordering smaller quantities more frequently rather than storing large amounts.

This approach ensures each cup delivers the exceptional taste our specialty coffee is known for, exactly as intended.

Shipping

To avoid higher postal charges, please use an alternative delivery address instead of a PO Box.

Processing Times

  • Orders placed on weekdays before 12pm will typically be packed and shipped the same day
  • Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends will be processed the next business day
  • Courier delays sit outside our control

Delivery Estimates

All shipping services include tracking. Delivery timeframes (business days):

  • PERTH CBD: 1-3 days
  • INTERSTATE: 5-10 days
  • REGIONAL AUSTRALIA: 5-9 days

Shipping Costs

  • FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100 to residential and business addresses
  • Orders under $100: Flat rate of $12.50 Australia-wide
  • PO Box deliveries: Flat rate of $22 per order

Refund Policy

  • We supply all products and services subject to availability
  • Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable
  • We issue all refunds in Australian dollars equal to the original order value
  • Leaf Bean Machine processes refunds at its discretion

We currently don’t offer international shipping through our website.
