Cocoa from Ecuador is known as Arriba and is some of the best cocoa in the world because of its high quality. Arriba means ‘up’ or ‘above’ and refers to the fact that the cocoa beans are grown up river from the port city. The cocoa from this region is renowned for its aroma and we think you will agree that it is superb.
Not sure how to make the perfect hot chocolate? We recommend 1 teaspoon of chocolate powder per 100mL of milk. Steam the chocolate powder with your favourite milk, or whisk in a saucepan on the stove. Pour into your favourite mug, serve and enjoy! So delicious and decadent.
