The Victoria Arduino Mythos 2 Commercial Coffee Grinder is the follow-up from its sister grinder the mythos 1. The big differences are the temperature controls, allowing you to set the degree and target temperature. With 85mm flat steel burrs coated in titanium, you’ll get an extended lifespan and more consistency in your grind. As grounds travel to your portafilter, they’re de-clumped by the Clump Crusher, which also leaves no grounds stuck in the grinder. Micrometric grind settings can be set using the LCD display, as well as the dosing method: by time for ‘Temporized’ models and by volume for ‘Gravimetric’ models.
