Buddha’s Tears by Pure Tea is a very special, premium green loose-leaf tea with hints of jasmine. We think it is the best green tea online.

Two leaves and a bud are plucked from the best quality tea bushes. They are then blended with delicate jasmine blossoms before being sieved and hand rolled on bamboo trays. The leaves are not quite dry when they are rolled into small balls. The leaf captures the fine jasmine aroma and releases it during brewing, giving a champagne-coloured cup.

To brew the most amazing cup of loose-leaf Buddha’s Tears tea, we recommend you follow this recipe:

• 4 pearls per cup or 1 tea bag
• 240ml filtered water, 75 to 80 degrees C
• 1 to 2 minutes brewing
• Remove leaves to prevent further steeping and reinfuse up to 3 times
