Lemongrass & Ginger is an organic herbal tea well known for reducing symptoms of fevers and stomach cramps.
Lemongrass can be a general digestive aid, whilst ginger is known to help alleviate nausea. As a result this is a popular infusion for people undergoing chemotherapy as it can stop or prevent vomiting. We are not medical experts so we suggest that if you are experiencing these symptoms that you give it a try.
To make your infusion and for your enjoyment, we recommend brewing your new favourite organic herbal tea using the following recipe:
- 2.5g (1 teaspoon) of loose leaf tea or 1 teabag per cup
- 240ml near boiling filtered water and we love the stylish Brewista kettle
- Steep for 3 to 4 minutes or longer if you enjoy a bolder flavour
- Remove herbs to prevent further steeping

Storing your loose leaf tea or tea bags well is vital to your long term enjoyment. Tea should be treated like any food product and savoured while it is fresh, however, unlike fruit or vegetables you are able to keep it for quite a long time if you follow our storage guidelines.
