The Hario v60 Glass Dripper is made from thick borosilicate, heatproof glass.
This device features unique protruding ribs that spiral down the inside surface of the cone. These ribs promote airflow around the filter paper, allowing for even extraction. The v60 is well known for producing a clean, crisp cup of coffee.
Quick and easy, the v60 coffee maker is a popular choice for those who are in a rush. Simply place the filter paper in the body, add grinds and pour in a spiral-like fashion. Check our YouTube channel for a guide on how to use this popular gadget.
We recommend using a 1:17 ratio to begin i.e. if using 15 grams of coffee, use 255 grams of water (15 x 17 = 255). From here, adjust your ratio. 1:16 is a popular recipe for the Hario v60 coffee gadget.
