English Breakfast Classic

Black tea bags can some times be cheap and nasty. That’s why we designed the English Breakfast Classic from quality grade Pekoe (P) loose leaf tea so that it stood out from its competitors. Whether you enjoy your tea black in tea bags or from a pot it is designed to be a rich full-bodied flavour, that takes milk and sugar well. The English Breakfast Classic is for tea lovers who like to taste their tea.  It is popular in many cafes as an all round crowd pleaser and would sit well on any high tea table.

For your enjoyment, we recommend brewing your tea using the following recipe:

• 2.5g (1 teaspoon) of loose leaf tea or 1 teabag per cup
• 240ml filtered water, 100 degrees C from  a temperature controlled kettle
• Steep for 2 to 3 minutes or longer if you enjoy a bolder flavour
• Remove leaves to prevent further steeping
