Strongest Shot in the West T-Shirt by Tyson
June 2020, we ran a t-shirt competition to show our support of the creatives in our local community. The arts sector – much like the hospitality industry – has been hit hard by the events of COVID-19. As you may have noticed, projects have been put on hold (or cancelled) and there’s been very little support from the government.
It has been a challenging time, to say the least.
We wanted to show our support of the arts industry by running a competition!
So, we set out a challenge for creatives to design a t-shirt for us! The winners will then have their design printed on a t-shirt by Project Print Co. We’ll then sell their design on our website and in-store with ALL PROFITS going straight to the designer. Through this competition we’re hoping it brings awareness to the creative whilst also giving them a source of income.
The t-shirt design had to follow these rules:
Involve coffee and/or tea
Be black and white
Nothing crass or offensive
And, made by you of course!
We were overwhelmed with the response we received! So many incredible t-shirt designs. We would like to say a big thank you to the many creatives that sent in their coffee/tea design. It was such a pleasure receiving your unique t-shirt design and reading the kind messages that came along with them.
