Anselmo Ramirez and his wife Agueda Becerra are to thank for this delicious offering from Peru. Anselmo is the third generation in his family to be a coffee farmer. His parents and grandparents taught him everything he knows about cultivation, growing and processing. Coffee growing is integral to his family. Recently, he has taken his coffee to the next level. Working with green bean suppliers Anselmo has experimented with coffee varieties to achieve complex and high-quality cups of coffee. His knowledge has taken off and we couldn’t be more stoked.

Anselmo thanks the wonderful climate for the excellent conditions for harvesting. Located in the department Cajamarca, this is situated in the Northern Highlands of Peru. Green bean suppliers flock to this area in Cajamarca knowing the high-scoring cups the beans offer.
