Combined with refreshing peppermint and spearmint, the citrus notes of lemongrass and lemon balm, and a touch of tart hibiscus, this tisane offers layers of flavour that sparkle like a winter wonderland. To make your infusion and for your enjoyment, we recommend brewing your new favourite tea using the following recipe:

• One infuser per cup
• 240ml boiling filtered water
• Steep for 4 to 5 minutes
• Remove infuser to prevent further steeping
• Add a touch of honey for a sweeter brew
• To make a pot, increase number of infusers relevant to pot size
