This coffee has been carefully selected and hand picked by farmers at the Kuta Kofi Mill in PNG. These farmers only pick the ripest cherries to go through the natural honey process.
For the honey process, the skins are removed from the coffee cherries, leaving fruit pulp on the outer parchment. The cherries are sun-dried, hand-turned and sorted with special attention given to control the fermentation process. This care and attention to detail produces a distinct cup, bursting with sweetness.
The Kuta Kofi Mill farmers grow their coffee on the foothills of the Kubor range, in the volcanic, loamy soil endemic to PNG.
