Guatemala Santa Isabel Coban is grown in the upper part of Alta Verapaz, in San Cristobal. The farm is a family-owned enterprise established in 1875, and currently operated by fourth and fifth generation of Valdes family.
The Santa Isabel farm has 187 hectares of coffee plantation, and the family take pride in their environmentally sustainable farming methods. The coffee cherries are hand-picked and processed in an ecological wet mill to reduce water consumption.
