Columbia Santa Monica is our latest single origin coffee, grown by Jairo Arcila. Finca Santa Monica is located in Vereda Villarazo, Quindio, just 2 kilometers away from the capital city of Armenia.
This coffee has been processed using the natural method, which means the cherries were dried with the fruit in tact. This drying process takes 13 days before the cherries reach optimum moisture content for exporting.
