Colombia Caturra Acevedo, a natural processed coffee from San Adolfo, Huila. The coffee cherries are carefully selected following a strict ripeness criteria, before being dry-fermented for 16 hours.
The Caturra varietal is a natural mutation of the Red Bourbon, and is more resistant to disease.
