Ethiopia as a whole is renowned for producing some of the best coffee beans in the world. This region in particular is consistently delivering world-class coffee. Guji receives ample rainfall and is gifted with steep mountainous terrain. This makes the land perfect for growing coffee cherries.
Farmed by Guji-native Tadesse Edema. Tadesse is a pioneer coffee producer in the region who is excited to offer these world-class coffee beans to coffee lovers around the world.
Meticulous processes have been upheld to ensure the highest quality. Coffee cherries are handpicked and visually inspected. They’re then pulped and fermented for 36-72 hours. After this process, the cherries are carefully washed and then soaked for another 8-12 hours. It’s fair to say that these coffee farmers have a lot of patience!
A cup from the Guji region offers unique profiles and immense quality. Take a sip of this delicacy and explore the sweet juiciness that leaves you smacking your lips for more.
Clean and complex, beautifully acidic, and enticingly sweet – this one is a cup that’s worth talking about.
Available in 250 grams for a limited time.
