Ethiopia Guji Uraga Tome, a heirloom washed coffee from the Yabito Tome village.
The coffee beans are shade-grown in ideal conditions with an average temperature of 20 – 23 degrees and an average rainfall of 1800 – 2050mm. They sit in a fertile red clay which offers the perfect terrain for growing coffee. With the land rich in essential minerals and knowledgable farmers, it’s no wonder Guji Uraga is increasing in popularity.
Much like other Ethiopian coffees, the profile of the cup is a unique experience offering complex flavour notes of herbal black currant, strawberry and jasmine. One only needs to have a sip of the espresso to taste the delicious clean and smooth body.
The Single Origin poured as espresso or for your morning filter, it’s a scrumptious drink either way. The Ethiopia Guji Uraga Tome was delicious from my Chemex this morning.
