About the farm
Grown and harvested by the Diaz family, they’ve been farming coffee for 30 years now. Previously, José Efrain and his sons had dedicated the land to growing fruit and vegetables however, they had a taste for coffee they couldn’t ignore! Now, they grow El Salvador’s finest speciality green beans and share them with roasters across the globe.
The family work together sharing their knowledge, passing on their skills and enjoying a good cup of coffee. Each family member is given a section of the farm which they’re predominantly in charge of. Keeping open and respectful communication is core to their operations. All those who visit the farm or share a conversation with the Diaz family, talk fondly of their unity and politeness. This collaborative approach works to their advantage, allowing for smooth operations and excellent tasting coffee.

Renowned for offering coffees popping with delicious chocolate-y notes, if you haven’t tried El Salvador coffee – now’s your chance!
Choosing green beans is always an adventure! So many origins to choose from, so many different flavours! When Marte (our head roaster) saw this delicious coffee pop up, she knew we simply had to put it on the cupping table. Once we had a taste, we were taken aback by the coffee’s rich and succulent flavours. Yep, this one was something special. Excellent quality, mouthwatering flavours and with those sweet and smooth taste notes of pecan pie and Tim Tams, we ordered the green beans in ASAP.
We’ve chosen to roast this coffee for espresso as we find it delivers the best experience of the taste notes. Want to try before you buy? Visit our roastery in Bibra Lake, Perth and we’ll make you a cuppa.
