Why Buy Single Origin

Sourced from one single producer, crop or region in the country.

Single farm and single estate mean that the coffee is sourced from one farm, one mill or co-operative.

Microlots go one step further and tell you the specific lot or paddock the coffee was grown on.

All single origins are roasted to suit different applications. They can be used for filter or espresso brewing, however we normally make a recommendation.
Usually, the coffee is named after the farmer who grew the coffee, the coffee farm or collective.
