About the beans
Farmed by Pablo Guerrero in the warm tropics of Colombia. Pablo has built an outstanding reputation for top quality green and award-winning flavours. Previously, he’s been prized first place from the Cup Of Excellence. His attention to detail and sheer passion never fail to deliver exquisite coffee.
Treated with a 42 hour lactic fermentation at 22 degrees, this is a unique coffee. Offering vibrancy, sweetness and a twist of acidity. Pour yourself a cup, close your eyes and explore the zesty nuances that make this coffee something special.
Colombian coffee beans are seen as some of the best in the world. When you see the landscape, it’s no wonder why. With temperatures ranging from 15 – 24 degrees and an annual rainfall of 1900-2200mm, these coffee cherries have been treated with optimal conditions.
