Roasted for espresso, this Brazil coffee brings a world of flavour to your long black or espresso beverage.
Staying true to the origin, Brazil Sitio Roseira offers nutty flavours reminiscent of hazelnut (think: Nutella).
Because these beans have been processed with a control fermentation, a glorious stewed peach flavour shines through the cup. Pairing beautifully with the smooth Nutella notes – these beans will warm your belly up with its rich and yummy taste notes.
Secret tip: enjoy the brew alongside a crunchy piece of toast spread with Nutella. Such a decadent experience.
Minas Gerais is one of the finest regions to farm coffee. These particular beans are from the South border of Minas Gerais in Mantiqueira de Minas. Altitude is 100-1200 MASL, terrain is mountainous, soils are fertile and the region is spoiled with sunlight – a recipe for a healthy harvest.
For 150 years, Brazil has grown one third of the world’s coffee. Beginning in the 1700s, their skill, equipment and production have dramatically developed and grown.
Over the last year, our suppliers, our team and our customers have been wow-ed by the coffee coming out of Brazil. The rich, nutty and nougat-y notes have been such a treat to drink. If you were lucky enough to enjoy our last Brazil Sitio Tejuco Preto, you will know exactly what we’re talking about. If you missed out on our last Brazil, make sure you try these ones. This is an origin we’ve got a close eye on in the specialty coffee industry.
