Our Barista Training Gift Card is the perfect gift for coffee lovers. If you’re wanting to increase your coffee knowledge, expand your skills or, try something new – this gift card is for you.

We offer a selection of different training classes. There are three to choose from:

1. Barista Training. $160 ($110 for concession) This is an industry-recognized barista training course. In the course, participants will learn:
   • How to use Barista Techniques
   • What is an espresso recipe?
   • Adjusting the coffee grinder.
   • Drink styles.
   • How to get smooth and creamy milk.
   • Pouring milk and ‘split’ milk.
   • Proper cleaning for coffee machine and grinder.
2. Latte Art. $120 ($60 for concession) The pièce de résistance to finishing your coffee skills. Students will be educated on:
   • Getting perfect milk for your coffee.
   • Micro-foam essentials.
   • Learn the most popular latte art designs: heart, tulip, and rosetta.
   • Pouring techniques.
   • The importance of foam.
3. Filter Brewing. $120 ($110 for concession) Learn how to make the best coffee at home with your filter gadget.
   • Background on filter brewing.
   • The best tools for your coffee making.
   • Coffee recipes for your filter gadget.
   • Brewing methods for each device.
   • How to get the best extraction.
   • Adjusting flavour.
   • Barista tips and tricks.
   • The importance of following a method.
