This barista training class will focus on barista technique, espresso recipes and flavours, controlling the grind, milk & latte art, and machine maintenance.

Making a consistent cup of coffee is key. Learn from the people who take the green bean, roast it, grind it, and extract it to perfection. Allow us to demonstrate our process, which we have refined over many hours. You’ll have access to our custom-built, eclectic training space, looking through to our working roastery. Enjoy using our industry-standard equipment, including all the frills! We’ll expand your knowledge of using the espresso recipe by taking you step by step through the extraction process using industry-professional techniques.

Important Information

We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early for your barista course so you can sign in and grab yourself a coffee before we get started. You will be joining a small group that will be both public and industry. We cater to all experience levels.
