Terms & Conditions

  1. The official competition period commences at 12.01am (AWST) on Tuesday 27th May and finishes at midnight (AWST) Thursday 26th June 2025.
  2. Entries are unlimited; one transaction reference* is required per entry; duplicates will not qualify. Each entry requires a NEW or not previously submitted transaction reference to go into the draw. Duplicate receipts under varying customer names will not be submitted.
  3. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 and over only. Postage of the prize to regional WA and interstate will be calculated based on the winner’s postcode and payable by the winner.
  4. Leaf Bean Machine employees and their immediate families are not eligible to win the prize.
  5. The prize package includes the following: W Mini Espresso Machine in stainless steel plus Barista Kit, 1kg Karvan Coffee Blend and 1kg SO Choc. Please note the inclusion of pick up from our Bibra Lake HQ is included. Postage is excluded.
  6. *To gain entry into the giveaway, you will need to purchase retail products. The definition excludes cafe products, including barista-made beverages/pre-made beverages from our fridge and all food items. Entry is not automatic. All transactions must be entered into the form before the entry close date. Wholesale customer orders are excluded.
  7. All orders generated from your online activity between 12.01am (AWST) on Tuesday 27th May and midnight (AWST) Thursday 26th June 2025 will gain an entry to the competition.
  8. The PRIZE winner will be randomly selected by a Leaf Bean Machine staff member using the randomisation website random.org on Friday 27th June COB (before 5PM AWST) and will take place at the Leaf Bean Machine HQ 1/12 Horus Bend, Bibra Lake 6163.
  9. The PRIZE winner will be announced between on the 27th June 2025.
  10. The PRIZE winner will be notified via the email provided within 48 hours of the draw.
  11. The last name and postcode of the winner (except for any winner who has requested their details not to be published) will be published within 30 days of the draw via our social media and EDM.
  12. The winner has until the 30th of June COB to claim their prize; otherwise, an unclaimed prize draw will commence.
  13. The unclaimed PRIZE winner will be randomly selected by a Leaf Bean Machine staff member using the randomisation website random.org between the 27th May and 26th June 2025.
  14. The last name and postcode of the winner (except for any winner who has requested their details not to be published) will be published within 30 days of the draw and will take place at Leaf Bean Machine HQ, 1/12 Horus Bend, Bibra Lake, 6163.
  15. The PRIZE winner will be notified in writing within 7 days of the draw.
  16. The prize is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
  17. Your privacy is important to us. Leaf Bean Machine collects personal information for the purposes of sending you newsletters, processing and administering entries to the competition, and provision of a prize.
  18. Your information will not be passed on to any third parties.
  19. All entries to the 2025 Easter W Mini Giveaway are hereby agreeing to receive newsletters from Leaf Bean Machine. Customers can unsubscribe from these newsletters at any time.
